Our screening process is also based on your personality test, education and how willing you are to adopt the Coach Sitters approaches to child care.
This isn’t just babysitting, but attentive teaching and guidance for children and an excellent opportunity for someone with a degree working in their field of study. We offer flexible schedules allowing you to choose your time, dates, and child’s age range for available assignments. You may prefer caring for babies and toddlers, or you may prefer coaching older children; the flexibility is there to find the best assignment for you and the family.

POSITIONS
Would you like to become a Coach Sitter/Nanny? Professionals, college students, and babysitters are welcome to apply for acceptance into the academy training and we will be in touch with you in 2 to 3 days after review of you credentials. Typically we have 1 to 2 assignments, if not more, in the cities we serve.
Administrative — Scheduling, Accounting, Front Office.
Recruiter/Educator — Conduct one-on-one training for our staff of professional Sitters. We are looking for professionals experienced with special needs children, i.e. autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy among others.
