Our services are based on your specific needs. The professionals with Coach Sitters Academy (CSA) have extensive and ongoing training which is exclusively unique to our company to grow their level of expertise in coaching and nurturing children. We will always attempt to provide a permanent solution and sitter for reoccurring scheduled needs.
You may choose from one, or a combination, of affordable expertise levels to provide the tailored care for your child.
Training and Experience Levels (Services)
☐ Super Nanny/Sitter: All Sitters participate not only in online training, but one-on-one classroom settings as well.
☐ Master Nannies: They have a more intensive online training as well as classroom training and have babysitting experience with a background and work history with our company.
☐ Motivational Sitters: Based on your child’s needs and interests, engage them intellectually and/or physically, or both, to boost their overall happiness.
☐ Special Needs: (upon availability) We have Sitters trained to work with Special Needs children. They will keep your child engaged and stimulated with a knowledge of their weaknesses and strengths.
☐ Educator Sitters: Based on their course knowledge, they will focus on improving your child’s classroom acumen to achieve enjoyment from learning. Subjects could range from Math, English, and the Sciences to any genre of Reading.
☐ Multi-Lingual Sitters: (upon availability) Care for your International visitors and tourists. Services are available in homes or hotels if needed.
All of our professional Sitters have not only in-depth orientation and training; they also have ongoing training both individually and in an open-dialogue classroom setting. As part of CSA’s cohesiveness, we conduct regular conference calls with our Sitters and Advisory Board to provide solutions to challenges that may be encountered with specific children and suggestions to improve our service. Unique to CSA, parents may also contact our Advisory Psychologist with questions and she will respond once she is available and in a timely manner.
